Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 1 days of purchase.

If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer service team at  support@worldcuppoints.com.

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges and that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the domain name you requested is not available or out of budget, we will send you an email with alternative choices. However, if the domain has already been registered, we will not be able to issue a refund for the domain registration fee.
